We ship all orders via USPS (First Class/Priority) and UPS for larger orders. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Our Free Mystery Duck offer includes the duck at no cost — you only pay a flat shipping and handling fee of $4.99 (US) to cover fulfillment. This fee is non-refundable. International shipping rates vary and are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during holidays or due to customs.
All orders receive a tracking number via email once shipped. You can track your package through the USPS or UPS website.
We ship internationally! Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. We are not responsible for packages held by customs.
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your mail carrier first. If still not found, contact us within 5 days and we'll help file a claim with the carrier. We may send a replacement at our discretion.
As part of our port shopping partnership, we can ship to cruise port addresses. Please include the cruise line, ship name, and departure date in the shipping address for smooth delivery.
