Our Mystery Ducks are collectible rubber ducks with random designs. The element of surprise is part of the product experience. No two mystery ducks are guaranteed to be identical, and specific designs cannot be requested with free mystery ducks. Collector Series products may specify the design or theme.
We ship via USPS and UPS. Free Mystery Duck offers require payment of shipping and handling. Shipping times vary by location. See our Shipping Policy for details.
We offer returns and refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy. Free Mystery Duck offers (where only shipping is paid) are not eligible for refunds on the shipping cost.
